Younger Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program
About the program
Research has revealed that certain lifestyle factors and health behaviours can have a positive impact upon quality of life, chronic disease risk factors and other health related areas, for women after cancer.
The Younger Women’s Wellness after Cancer Program (YWWACP) is designed for younger women aged between 18 and 40 years after a diagnosis and treatment for cancer. This program focuses on healthy exercise and diet, managing sexuality concerns, early menopause and fertility issues alongside management of treatment side effects. A great way to focus on your future health and wellbeing.
