Chia and walnut oats


40g rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 banana, sliced

10 walnuts, roughly chopped

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp agave syrup

Sprinkle of cinnamon


Serves 1

  1. Place oats, cinnamon and almond milk in a bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir. Cook for another minute. 
  2. Place sliced banana, walnuts, chia seeds and agave syrup on top and enjoy!
